Based on Apple's usual time frame for releasing products after their launch event, we anticipate that the new phones will start shipping on September 22.īecause the iPhone 15 will ship with iOS 17 pre-installed, you'd imagine that the iOS 17 release would be timed to coincide with the arrival of the new phones. We expect the Apple September event to feature the debut of the iPhone 15 models, with Apple also announcing when those phones will go on sale. It seems likely that in 2024 products will get similar updates.But Apple tipped its hand when it set a September 12 date for its next product launch. In 2023 no iPads were updated, we didn’t get M3 variants of the MacBook Air or Mac mini (despite the M3 becoming available) and only the AirPods Pro got USB-C. Just looking at 2023 gives us clues as to what must be coming in 2024. What new Apple products are coming in 2024?

Finally (maybe) Apple launched the new iPhone 15 series and the Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 at an event in September and then made macOS Sonoma and iOS 17 available for customers to download later that month. Then at WWDC in June the company launched no less than three new Macs and a brand new device – the Vision Pro – alongside revealing its plans for macOS 14 Sonoma, iOS 17 and watchOS 10. Apple hit the ground running in 2023 with new Macs and a new HomePod in January.
